Dr. Ranajit Das
Founder & Owner
Ranajit Das, founder, is a Mining Engineer with over 27 years of experience in iron ore and coal mining in India, Chile and Australia. Member of AusIMM and a Chartered Professional (Mining), Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland, he is an MBA and has a Masters in Mining Engineering. With an extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of mining projects, exploration, contractual operations, mine planning, operations, logistics, feasibility study, tendering for mining contracts, he also has strong business and analytical skills. He was a key person in steering an iron ore mine in Chile from exploration to production and has been working in Australia as a consultant in the area of mine planning and software for over 10 years.
Dr. Saswata Mukherjee
Senior Geologist
A geologist with a diverse technical background and a cumulative experience of 15 years, working in multidisciplinary roles encompassing structural modelling, deposit characterisation, image petrophysics and geomechanics/geotechnical engineering. Saswata is a specialist in the areas of reservoir modelling, geotechnical structural modelling, 2D & 3D Seismic interpretation, wireline logging and borehole image log evaluation and interpretation. He has also been involved in planning and supporting exploration operations, geological mapping, reserves and resources estimation for conventional and unconventional resources, scoping and due diligence studies of new projects
Seshu Yerramsetti
ICT Product Director
Seshu is an accomplished professional in the Information and Communication Technology Industry with more than 22 years of practical experience out of which 15 years have been in Australia with Local Government and Universities and other SMB's, 8 years in Singapore with various Singapore Government, Telecom, and Banking Sector organisations and over 5 years in India with State Governments. Seshu started his career writing program code; has taken on complex projects such as entire SDLC and succeeded; managed technical IT professionals; managed and implemented complex IT projects and studied the ins-and-outs of how Mobility and the Web works as well as how networks and enterprise business software application processes work. He holds two master’s degrees, one in Information Technology from Murdoch University, WA and an MBA from a reputed university in India. He’s taken the best from each experience and brought it into the next, innovating and focusing on delivering business value through his own start-ups focusing on Digital Commerce, Logistics, Mobility, EdTech industry. He is passionate about Industry 4.0 applications AI/ML/DS and IoT solutions.

She is very passionate about learning and always keen to gain more knowledge and experience in the field of sustainable mining. Along withmany achievements in academic excellency, she has also bagged the prestigious Ausenco scholarship and internship as an Undergraduate Mechanical Engineer. Her extremely diversified software skills ranges from Solidworks, Inventor, AutoCAD along with programming languages like Arduino and Python.
